Traditional home with a casual family lifestyle. Tracy and his wife are a kick-back type of family with a lot of hospitality. They love entertaining and sharing their home and time with family and friends. They really wanted us to create a landscape that was an addition worthy of how beautiful their home was and allow for lots and lots of guests. An oversized barbeque and kitchen area was a must on Tracy's list. The bar area is long enough to provide an ample area for huge spreads and comes equipped with a sink, warming drawers and frig to keep the fun cooking. The stately fireplace is centered off of a large picture window, so it acts as a double focal point....inside the house and out in the garden. The pool is the perfect spot for the kids to spend their energy. The shaded area under the umbrella on the baja shelf is the perfect spot for their baby and Karen to cool down and enjoy the water. Simple lines, classic material, & understated elegance fill this landscape and complete the home.
